CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) grants California residents the right to access, delete, and opt-out of the sale of their Personal Information. To submit a CCPA request, please fill out the form located at the bottom of this page, or call our phone number. Upon receiving your request, we may ask for more information if we cannot authenticate your identity by comparing the information you provided with the data we have stored in our records, or if we feel that additional data is necessary to verify your identity. If you request access to specific pieces of Personal Information that we possess about you, we will send you a signed statement under penalty of perjury confirming your identity and request, which you must sign and return.
If you submit a request to access or delete your Personal Information, we must respond within 45 days. We may also notify you that we require an additional 45 days to respond and explain why we need more time. If you choose to opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information, we have 15 days to process your opt-out request.
If you are an authorized agent representing a requesting consumer, you must provide a written authorization from the consumer or a copy of a lawful power of attorney authorizing you to submit the request on their behalf. After submitting the request, you may email us the written authorization at info@americorefundinggroup.com. We may contact you or the consumer you claim to represent to verify your authorization.
